A Rare Set of 8 Chairs by Juan Gamboa

A rare set of 8 Spanish Design Chairs by Juan Gamboa, 1960s. These striking chairs have genial design features with a curved and body hugging back rest, supported by angular legs which are conjoined by side stretchers. Slightly raised 'sledge' feet and large brass screws add extra details whilst the 'saddle' seat ensures extra comfort. Solid walnut framework with some signs of wear commensurate with age and use. Reupholstered in quality Bouclé. Seat dimensions; 44cm wide x 47 deep x 45 high.
