A 1950s French Olive Wood Sculpture, formed as a Lamp base with signed inscription to the base 'unique piece, handmade from Provençal olive wood'. Meticulously sculpted with a fine spoon gouge, this Lamp is the work of an accomplished Artist with an obvious understanding of Abstract form. Very good scale, colour and patina. Height to bulb holder; 66cm. Shade diameter; 46cm.
