A 1950s Brass 3 light Lantern attributed to Josef Frank, Austria 1885-1967. This modernist lantern is styled on classic C18th/C19th lanterns and retains it's original wavy spun glass tapered cylinder and patinated brass 3 branch lighting shaft and coronet. In lovely original condition, the simplicity of design makes this lantern surprisingly striking and it's proportions perfect for use in the home. Total height of shaft to brass ceiling cup; 107cm.
