When Design, Scale, Proportion and Colour meet in the incarnation of one Table, the results are stunning. This Refectory Table in solid quarter sawn English Oak was drawn very well, it's sober lines having just the right amount of sparing angles and wonderful 'dry' colour. Originally housed in a building next to York Cathedral, the table dates around 1950 and is timelessly current.
