A C17th Spanish Walnut Table

A C17th Spanish Walnut Table in completely original condition. This rare survivor with single plank top is in remarkable authentic state. Normally a table of this age and therefore use, will have undergone some form of running repairs, restoration or alteration but this table has had a charmed life. The colour and skin is original with lovely dry coloured feet, bearing no height loss. The drawer linings remain completely original and function well. The top retains its original fixings to the underside and even the drawer escutcheons are original. Finished all round with Geometric frieze, this table will free stand or can serve as a Console or dresser base.
