A 1960s Brutalist Cockerel Sculpture by Jean-Vincent de Crozals, Vence, France - d. 2009. From his range of 'Beasts', this Cockerel is made of galvanised iron with bronzed finish. Formerly in the collection of Lord Feldman who bought directly from the artist, along with several other 'beasts'. Crozals Exhibited prolifically through the mid to late C20th period and was commissioned for large scale public works of art. In his early career, he also notably worked with the likes of Matisse.
